Etiquette and Spa Policies
Booking an appointment
We recommended you book your appointment several weeks in advance to ensure scheduling flexibility. At the time of booking we will request a credit card or a gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment. We accept payments in cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Please inform us before your treatments of any health issues, allergies, or injuries you may have. Certain treatments may not be appropriate for those with high blood pressure, heart disease, allergies, pregnancy, etc. We will be happy to advise safer alternatives.
Clients must provide 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment (72 hours for groups) or a 50% charge will be applied to the guaranteeing credit card. 100% treatment charge will be applied for a no-show. A $40 fee will be applied to treatments rescheduled on the day of service.
Loss or Damage of Items
Rebeccana Spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items or valuables during visit. Please do not wear jewelry.
Guests are asked to speak in a hushed manner as to not disturb the other guests. Please turn off or put on silent your cell phone or other digital devices. Head phones are recommended for digital devices with an audio level not audible to other guests. Our spa and patio are non smoking zones.
Please try to arrive 15 minutes before the start of your treatment. If you are running late we would appreciate being notified of the delay. In order to respect our guests’ schedules, all service treatments must end at the scheduled times. All guest receiving services valued at $100 or more are invited to enjoy our shower on the day of your service, before or after treatment. These guests are also provided with a robe, gown, and sandals.
Gift certificates can be purchased in the spa or by phone with a credit card. Gift Cards are shipped using USPS to your desired location. Gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded regardless of payment method, and also cannot be redeemed for cash. They must be presented at the time of treatment and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Printed receipts will not be honored.
In appreciation of our outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Gratuities can be charged to debit cards only, not credit cards.
Exchanges and Returns
We will gladly exchange a gift of purchase for another product or service if it is within 30 days of purchase. No cash refunds are given. Opened facial products returned within 7 days of purchase and accompanied by a receipt will receive a partial refund up to the discretion of the spa owner. Facial products returned within 7 days of purchase unopened and accompanied by receipt will receive full refund
Senior citizens (65+) receive 10% off from treatments
First time clients- 15% off services
Guest Referrals- 15% off services
Parties- 8 person or greater- 10% off services

Children and young adults are welcome to visit only with adult supervision. Please refer to the Angel’s Facial in spa menu for kids younger than 13 years old.
Shipping and Handling
We ship products using UPS Ground to anywhere in the US. Gift Cards are shipped using USPS.
Yearly membership fees $100 per month. Membership includes a selection of a Ladies facial or Gentlemens facial once a month. Full payment ($1200) due upon initial service. We gladly accept credit card, check or cash.
